    That's great but I get the feel that smith will find it hard to stay on the field. He looks pretty fragile out there. We'll see.

    Yup just did it too.

    Was going to pick the Cowboys to win and the Browns to lose but my daughter reasoned with me so I swapped them out.

    Jets for the win, Giants for the loss.

    I'm glad you are optimistic about the team. Honestly I am feeling a bit worried for some reason, and though I do trust in Bowles and Mac, I am nervous about the season. However, no matter what the circumstances are, I am always exhilarated for the start of every new season.

    Opening day is like magic to me. The summer is giving it's last goodbyes, the weather is slowly but mildly turning, and what a beautiful month September is. Every team has a clean slate and everyone just genuinely seems to be in high spirits, not just Jets fans, but every fan at the tailgate the morning of opening day. To me the new year always starts in September to me. January doesn't mean shit, it's September, and the NFL season beginning is like a new start to me. Each and every year I am amazed how fast life goes by, and when a new season comes around I definitely get a bit sentimental and retrospective, all at the same time looking forward to not just the football season, but what's ahead in general. Some of my favorite moments are spent at the Jets games, win or lose. I just can't believe that tomorrow will be the dawn of another season. I am looking forward to whatever it may bring. Sorry if this all sounded like a cheesy Robert Frost poem, but opening day definitely does something for me, and it transcends even the game itself.

    Hope everybody enjoys themselves tomorrow, wherever you may be watching the game, and hell why not......may we be victorious! Go Jets.

    The Browns DC came out and said that Joe Haden isn't going to follow Marshall into the slot.

    So into the slot Marshall goes..

    Try working hard on 3rd shift, then trying to come home (just now) and try to be tired, knowing what awaits tomorrow.

    It's the worst.
