I don't post very much but I'm on the board all the time, and I think SundayJack would be the best choice since I think he would be fair and he always makes intelligent, thought out posts.
That has been said a lot of times and people keep posting useless threads in the main forum, the problem has been mostly on the main forum. They have been spamming with threads for example there is one that says "It's official" then inside says I have the runs, there is a bullshit section for those kind of threads but people keep posting them in the main forum trying to be funny. But what about making a thread with rules "Forum Rules, Must Read!!! Don't follow them and you will be banned"
That's not fair, we are part of the community here. I usually don't post here in the main forum until something really happens so I will not be able to reach 500 in a long time, I spend most of my time in the bullshit section because the main forum is full of trade ideas and people trying to play GM, it's not bad but I like when there is real info.
Less overemotional mods, more like this^. My nomination is definitely for one of the older posters; and Jetsin2004 seems like a very good choice. Not just because he's on often, but because I think he'd be able to keep himself as a 3rd party, mitigator type when dealing with situations, rather than getting drawn into the battle in a way mods shouldn't. Sunday Jack would be great as well, but something tells me he wouldn't want the job.
Yeah, but there's also alot of newbies postwhores who won't be here in a few motnhs, either through giving up on the sight or being banned. I think it should really be a matter of how long a member has been on a site rather than post count, but thats just me.
Okay, I pretty much suggested the idea so a certain someone (#1 Jets Fan, who nominated himself) won't just sign up under different names and vote for himself.
You have a point there. Someone could use a different computers with different IP's and vote for himself for mod. Someone must do something about it.
Id like to take the job. Check my history, some days Im up as early as 5:30, in bed as late as 2...and online in between. Im always online...one of the few people thats part of both the morning and the afternoon crew (PennyandtheJets is another one), so I think I could do a good job

So when and where is the vote going to occur? There are quite a few that would make good moderators on this board. At least there is no shortage. I guess that is a good problem to have.
