Whatever the outcome, it feels so much better to have a competitive division this year. The past few with the PATS running away with it all the time have really deflated the other three in the division. When was the last time all four AFC east teams were this close after week 8? Parity has found a home this year in the NFL....
Jauron won't make it to the end of his contract. Good point about the middle of Buffalo's defense. Perhaps the Jets will have more success running to the outside. Maybe they need to feature Leon Washington more in this game? Will he be playing? I thought I read that he was one of the guys on a list who may be facing a suspension.
Thank god I havent seen his adds all over EVERY bus like in Buffalo. The entire side of the buses were GIGANTIC shots of Fucillo laying on his side completely stretched out in a sickening kind of trying to be erotic pose. God you can really find anything on google!
We can certainly beat Buffalo. But not with the team that showed up for the Raiders and Chiefs games.
ding ding ding. The key to beating the bills, is to beat down Roscoe Parish, the kid is lightening fast, and while not Devin Hester, is pretty much a game changer, and any chance he has to return a kick is not going to end well for opposing ST units. same thing with our little Leon. Washington isnt exactly a threat to score any time he fields a punt like he is a kickoff, but he is a threat to pickup 10-30 yards on any given return. so my thought is whichever KR/PR guy has the bigger day will determine the outcome. so note to Reggie Hodges, punt out of bounds, or pretty high so there is next to no return to be had. Also on a side note, with Stroud in the middle, we will need to use the stretch run plays we used to in oakland that torched them, to our advantage in Buffalo.
You said it man. After losing to the Fish on the road, you'd better believe they'll be ready to play this Sunday in Orchard Park. Question is, will Mangina and Co. have this team ready to play 60 minutes??
We can definetely beat Buffalo, whether we will or not, I do not know thats what sunday is for. Buffalo is tough, especially at home, but they have flaws that we can take advantage of. With our ability to stop the run, that will certainly help. It seems like Buffalo runs over us every year, but then again we havent come into Buffalo with a strong rush D since like '98. Trent Edwards is very good though, hes not a flash-in-the-pan. We had better get used to him because hes gonna be a solid QB for years. I feel like Lynch is a little overrated and Edwards is very underrated. We've made Matt Cassel and Jamarshmellow look pretty good and Tyler Thigpen look like a HOF, so we can probably assume Edwards is gonna have a big, big day sunday. I think though that Farve will bounce back and have a good week this week and if we generate some turnovers or get a lead early we could steal one. At least i dont think we'll be dominated in the trenches against them like in the past. By the way, "Fuccillo" is a croc! Buffalos got a strong italian/polish community so he's "Fuccillo" here. But hes got dealerships all over the country. Down in Southern Texas, where theres a strong Latino community he's known as "Fernandez" but hes huuuuuuuggggge!! down there too haha so go figure!
^^^^ like ukilledkenny said, both teams are close and the outcome will come down to field position. yup, field position and long field goals. now how do you feel?
