    Chrebet is a future hall of famer. I hope he'll remain healthy after going through a lot of concussions.

    What hall of fame?

    He is not getting in the Pro Football Hall of Fame for sure.

    Yeah, he was fun to watch on Sundays. He used to catch the biggest garbage passes imaginable by some of the worse QBs imaginable.

    Chrebet has no shot whatsoever of being elected to the HOF.

    Chrebet will make it into the Hall of Fame. He will be inducted in the same class with Richie Kotite

    I love Wayne Chrebet he is the reason i am a NY jets fans today, my first NFL game i have watch on tv was the midnight miracle and when i saw is touchdown catch in the endzone i feel in love and since then i have been the biggest canadians jets fans lolll.

    I remember the story of when he showed up to training camp as an invite in 1995 and the Jets security guards wouldnt let him in because they thought there was No way he was an actual football player invited to Jets camp.

    Gotta love stories like that, Wayne was the man.

    The only way Chrebet makes the Hall of Fame is if a bunch of aging sportswriters have a hard-on for Keyshawn Johnson and want to induct Chrebet the year they say no to Keyshawn for the last time.

    It could happen in a slightly crazier world. The Hall of Fame process is completely screwed up because it depends on so few people in such an insular group. If the Pope was elected by the same number of Cardinals that H0F guys are elected by you'd get some really strange choices.
