It was watching two young, fast and in many areas really talented players try to learn how to play the game. Two coaching staffs very similar in inexperience at the helm trying to desperately avoid snatching a loss from the jaws of victory. If was the perfect storm scenario where the agony of defeat faced the slow agony of victory.
It was like scoring with the ugliest girl at the bar. It's still technically a win; but you sure feel dirty afterwards.
It was like getting your ass kicked by a bunch of 8 year old kids, you swing and miss with your punches the whole time, they keep beating you down alternating different kids hitting you, then at the end they help you up and say "You win!" PS: I have no experience with this in real life.
