That's why I gave him an A for effort. As an OLB in the 3-4 you need to have some sort of pass rush, and that's just not in Hobson's game. We need another pass rusher opposite Thomas for obvious passing downs. I think Hobson is perfectly fine on rushing downs.
Hopefully he stays healthy and makes the team. If he does that i'm sure we can expect a few big plays from him.
But at this point that would be his choice. Seemingly the desire to play is a greater the posibility of needing assistance with walking in the future.
