I'm telling you right now from personal knowledge, that type of emotion from a coach works in college, but in the pros there is a certain level of expectation from players that they are old enough and have enough experience/knowledge of the game where you don't need to yell at them like that. A college kid will get something out of that, but a professional player will tune it out and lose respect of the coach.
He really does. The Jets would kill that guy. He wouldn't make it through a whole season without having some sort of seizure!
