Hey what do you know...you might have just meant ending the derailment and not been suggesting to ban me. I'm scratching a tiny point out for you on the scoreboard. Would love to talk about football without the flame war. Believe it or not that's what I'm here to do even if I like to dress it up with analogies and jokes for my own personal amusement if not yours. Also nice touch on bringing up the PM. Stay classy Ron Jeremy.
Just making the same joke about you being really the realest before you got into showbiz. Since we're repeating what we already said in PM and all. For the classy folks in the back of the room. Should I bring up the PM's you were basically flattering me in that you initiated unprompted a week ago? Or would that make you look like a flip flopper? Shit I don't think I posted in that thread either. Dang kids these days. "oh 74Mangold...you just make the arguments here so fun and entertaining" misquote again?
Sweet, let's talk about Vlad's hand placement and footwork on pass blocking downs. Because you have obviously seen something from him to suggest a lot of potential as a starter.
His hand placement on a bowl of ice cream maybe and foot work to the fridge is about it...for a 2nd round pick he needs to go
Why Abyzmul, thank you so much for asking. How kind. Interestingly enough, I do have an opinion on this issue. I believe that Vlad looked noticeably better rather than worse as last season progressed. The Jets tried him a little the first couple of games and after he got demolished they removed him entirely. After disappearing for a few games they started bringing him back in situational roles. I wouldn't call this a success, but I would call it progress. It seemed to me like he was looking like he was about where I would have liked to see him at the start of the year if we had a full offseason by about week 11 or something around there. Who knows? Maybe it wouldn't be too crazy to think that with a full offseason and a much needed extra year to develop and mature and learn the mental aspects to the game like footwork and hand placement that will be the difference between him getting shat on and being a useful contributor. I don't know, it's pretty revolutionary stuff. I suppose that somehow since I didn't emphasize to you that Ducasse has generally underperformed to expectations in at least 80% of the content of my post about him that you probably think I'm not doing my due diligence in really emphasizing just how real of a possibility it is that Ducasse is a bust. Yes, sir Abyzmul, I do acknowledge that possibility. Please pardon me graciously for choosing to utter words that may not support that thesis.
