Penny before his injuries had a good arm. Not a cannon, but he could make all the throws. After 2002 was a different story. But both Ainge and Penny are very accurate. Much more important than arm strength.
Post 2002 until now is an eternity in football years. Wouldn't it be nice to have a QB with accuracy and a good arm? No more smoke and mirrors trying to hide a weakness.
