I heard that if he knew what day of the week it was.... he passed the test.

In the MTA, we had a test for the road car inspectors, the guys who respond to trains with mechanical problems. The test was.... put a screwdriver on the table. If he grabbed it by the handle, he passed. I wonder if Vince eats with his knife, and cuts with his fork? I won't even get into the whole spoon thing.

It doesn't look like there are many options for a franchise QB in next yrs draft except for Quinn, and I don't think our pick next yr will be high enough to get him

I can't stress enough how foolish it is to assume that we can move up for less than a first rounder. It cost 2 first rounders, a 3rd rounder and a 5th rounder for the Giants to move up and get Eli Manning. Why would it cost us only a 1st and a 2nd to get Leinart?

technically they didn't move up to get him, they just traded for his rights

Well the Giants moved up from 4 to 1 and we'd only be moving up from 4 to 2, which is a much bigger difference than it seems. I agree though, to go from 2 to 4 it will probably take #29. The only thing we might have in our advantage is that the Saints will be guaranteed Mario or D'Brick if they trade down (assuming Bush-Leinart go one-two) so they might be more willing to just get whatever they can if they think the player they want will still be there at #4.
