Urlacher Gone for the Year

    I've gotta disagree. It was big time toughness for Rivers to play with a torn ACL. But dislocating your wrist is a bitch of an injury too. He must have torn several ligaments for that to happen. Unless they put one of those big-ass club casts on (losing use of one hand for the game), there's too much risk for re-injury. It also depends on your position and on what injury you have. No way a LB could play with a torn ACL, but you saw Rivers was able to squeeze out just enough mobility to be functional. Not taking anything from Rivers, it was remarkable that he played so well with that injury. Just saying that Urlacher would play if he could.

    Geez. And they were talking about how this was the 1st year he has been healthy in a while.
