That play where Jenkins took Brady down and Tommy Boy was crying for a penalty within 5 seconds was pretty wonderful. The refs didn't cost New England this game. They were sloppy and unprepared, and they paid for it once the Jets settled down. Plain and simple.
How about those Delay of Game penalties on Brady....I guess it's the ref's fault that Brady can't tell time.
GOOD LUCK TO YOU THE REST OF THE SEASON.YOU SHOW ALOT OF CLASS BEING HERE AFTER THE GAME AND I FOR 1 RESPECT THAT.CAN'T WAIT FOR NOV.22
The Pats were "gifted" a FG when Leon was wrongly called for a fumble........funny how that shit works when it comes to the refs SUPPOSEDLY being in our back pockets.
I like how when we complain about the refs it's because they suck, but when the Pats (and their fans) do it's because they're crybabies and shit. Everyone does this including most of the members of this board, this thread is a joke.
Pats fans are smoking better weed than I am if they think the refs, in any way, shape, or form, cost them this game. The WORST call of the game (by far) was the Leon Washington "fumble". We held the Pats to two scoring drives (the first field goal they got handed to them when Leon "fumbled" - they didn't even have to get a first down) and NO TOUCHDOWNS. We got a ton pressure on Brady WITHOUT our best pass rusher. We held Brady to under 50 percent completion percentage. Our defense won this game fair and square.
First of all let me just say being there...wow. Kudos to all the other guys there today. Aside from MAYBE the colts playoff game I have NEVER seen that place rockin like it was today baby. Awesome awesome stuff. That being said it galls the fuck out of me that they should complain about calls, especially considering both the Scott call and the Lito illegal contact call was a bunch of bullshit. As I told the small parcel of pat fans at the game...go back up the pike. The dynasty is over.
They built their "dynasty" around getting help from the 12th man. When it suddenly disappears, there will be bitching. I saw plenty of holding on their line today that didn't get called.
Beat me to it. What about the gift first down at the end of the Buffalo game. He was a yard short if the refs called a review instead of first down. How is it after the call wasn"t reversed that they showed a perfect angle?
