I agree with everything the original poster said in the sense that Tannenbaum has done a great job. I just don't like the Boobway reference, cause Terry Bradway is running the personnel department and he is the one that is recognizing this talent. And I know I'm gonna get killed for sticking up for him, but his weakness was in the business aspect of being GM. Tannenbaum is very shrewd at pulling off deals, but he relies on his scouts to recognize the talent. Which is a credit to Tanny for leaning on them, but Bradway is still one of the main players in recognizing this talent. And I said it one time before on this site, I know someone who is a family member of Bradway, and he told me before last years draft that Bradway did not like Gholston at all. And I just read an article recently, and I can't remember where, but it was in one of the main NY papers, that said Mangini over ruled the scouting department in selecting Gholston. Again, I think Tanny is doing a great job, and I think one of the reasons he is doing so good is that he makes the best decisions from the input of the people around him.
