i still don't even think a year is enough . If he changed the outcome of the biggest game in the sport by cheating the penalty should be more than one year .
Agreed....also think Goodell should be dealt with accordingly, for such a lame punishment, taking the cheaters for their word and destroying the tapes.
That's what I don't get. Taking the Patriots' word, when they were just caught cheating is just moronic. Their credibility should have been shot at that point.
Bellicheat should have been shot at that point. Seriously though, if he this blows up, and Bellichoke is suspended -- no one will lend any credence to any of those Cheatriots SB victories. I don't think the NFL will officially do anything about it (ie placing an * after them in the record books), but the court of public opinion will crucify them -- and that's fine by me.
IMO, cheating for more then 6 years, and cheating in the biggest game in sports is far worse then anything Pete Rose did...If this is true, he should be banned from football altogether..
I don't see Kraft firing Belichick, but after the way the guy stormed off the field last Sunday, I'm not so sure a protracted investigation wouldn't lead to him retiring.
