Please noooo! That said, its November. These things are rarely right this far ahead of the game. If it comes to drafting a guy like a Josh Allen then I'd rather the team go left tackle or receiver with the first.
Well he would be the best Josh Allen in the AFC East, but that doesn’t mean we should take him. I think he’s going to get tossed around in the pros and there is going to be a LT available there with three ranked in the top 20.
With the names available in the free agency at pass rusher, I would rather take a tackle there. However, if there’s a slam dunk pass rusher in the draft vs a meh left tackle I suppose grabbing another pass rusher can’t hurt.
Josh Allen in front of Clelin Ferrell and Devin White? Whiff. Offense: In addition to Jonah Williams, I'd take Ross Pierschbacher over Spencer Long right now. Man beast Hakeem Butler, WR, Iowa State opening eyes. Jets should be looking at this guy. .
People never appreciate the value of a great centre until he is gone -Nick Mangold being the perfect example. Ross Pierschbacher is a good centre but, in my opinion (as a Bama fan) not a first round pick. If we could get him in the 3rd I would sprint to the podium with the pick!
I'd love to get our LT and C of the future in the upcoming draft. Would make our OL and by extension, the offense so much better.
Wasn't trying to imply Pierschbacher was a 1st rounder. I was only mentioning his name in addition to (i.e. after) Jonah Williams should the Jets decide they're going to go OL with their early picks. .
I wouldn’t be disappointed with Williams as a LT - good player and a tad underrated . A C I like is that guy from Wisconsin Tyler Biadaz.....mauler. Hopefully available in the 3rd round .
Greg Little or Yodney Cajuste looking real good right about now. Jonah willliams is a great player too but hes a better fit in a gap scheme & i think the names above project as better pros.

We want at least the top 5, if not the top 2-3. Lose out! That would almost certainly assure that Bowles and his staff are fired and probably Mac too.
The two games against the Bills will probably make the most difference - if we win those 2 we can kiss top 5 goodbye.
