Trufant has been showing up everywhere on special teams and when he gets a shot on defense. He has been flying to the ball and making very hard sticks - hopefully he will make an impact this year.
He's a great special teams player which is why I think he makes the roster. Always making plays. As far as a depth corner he's nothing to be excited about.
As a depth corner, he'd get toasted more often than not, but he flies around on special teams. A short man's Drew Coleman.
