Overstaying a lawful obtained VISA with a criminal history opens that person up to criminal prosecution obviously and easier deportation. Unlawful entry is a criminal offense. The majority of those who came here with a criminal history in their country of origin came here illegally thus making them criminal offenders. The purported targets of the administration are these folks first and foremost. What happened is the Biden administration fast tracked all entry later on in the administration through the CBP One App that allowed mass entry under the guise of legality with court dates pushed as far out as 5, 6, 7 years in the future. I've done a little more research into the Louisiana purchase and have learned that there was significant opposition to it from within and external to the USA. The USA seeking Greenland may have more commonality with the Purchase than I originally thought. I'd expect comparisons will be made in more public arenas--it'd be worth it IMO

That's quite a piece of research you've done there. Now tell us what it has to do with Greenland? Is there a purchase offer on the table acceptable to the people who live there even though 92% of them would rather be citizens of Denmark than of the United States? Do Americans get to vote on such a transaction as well? If such a transaction was completed would the US send ICE agents to an island mostly covered by an ice sheet?
Where did you get the idea she was being arrested? The only comments heard from any of the agents on any of the videos directed at the victim were a clearly shouted "Get out of the fuckin' car!" (Is that a newly approved deescalation tactic?) Nobody clearly identified themself as an officer of the law, nobody stated by what authority she was being approached, nobody asked for her identification. By what authority did they attempt to invade the constitutionally protected space of the vehicle interior? Perhaps the more important question to be answered is if it is reckless to put a, more like two ton, vehicle into drive that is near three people is it not more reckless to fire a gun towards those three and perhaps dozens more in the area?
