I always thought it was MLB the dodgers in cahoots to nix his contract. Nobody has gotten even half that suspension before due process.
People's sexual proclivities are there rights up until a certain point. This isn't Rex sucking on his wife toes. We know for a fact he was violent with her. We know he gets off beating on women. Others have come forward against him and he has things pending. From that stand point alone MLB are within their rights to have wanted him out of the league. I wouldn't want him on my team. I think it was consensual well up until the point he was doing things to her while she was unconscious. He was an easy mark because of the caliber of a person he clearly is. I think his kinks are derived from him being an abusive psychopath and nothing I've read thus far refutes that.
