Sabo: #Jets offense has really put a focus on trying to UP the tempo today and FINISH runs/plays. Backs are continuing their path after the whistle, as are blockers. Coaches are even getting involved at times, during plays, to direct and help increase the tempo. Don’t stop. Finish.

Easily would have been sacked by JJ though - he blew threw the OL. #Jets Becton taking part in team drills today. Faria: Big time catch and run from Uzomah on a screen. Tight ends used early and often today. #Jets Rodgers overthrew Hardman who seemed wide open from my view spot. Good protection from the OL tho! #Jets Throwing some love to Mekhi Becton through two 11v11 sessions. Worked with the second line in team drills but didn’t really get beat from what I could tell and was good in the run. A quiet day to this point is a good thing for OL. #Jets
Sabo: Rodgers overthrows Hardman on an intermediate shot, longer-developing, but it doesn’t end there … The coverage from MC2 was tremendous, trailing hip, underneath, plus another over-the-top defender near, so (IMO) AR throws it high purposefully, based on the timing of the rush and coverage. It’s a solid QB incompletion based on the circumstance of the play. Also noteworthy was a Jermaine Johnson play against the run. It won’t get a lot of love, not flashy, but the way he handled his edge in run D forced MC to have to turn it upfield LATE, which is not what you’re looking to do as a back on that type of play. JJ didn’t shoot, recognized the concept, strung it out, and kept the outside shoulder free. Great edge run D. #Jets

High-pointed a beautiful Rodgers throw by mossing Whitehead for a touchdown. That was special. #Jets Also fair to point out on the Lazard TD that it *may* have come back. Faria: Two players later, Rodgers buys some time in the pocket and finds Conklin wide open for a first down #Jets Offense successfully moves down the field in a 47 second simulation. Rodgers big completions were to Conklin and Hardman both on third down. OL held up pretty well also. #Jets Bad overthrow from Wilson to Brownlee on a seam route in the same drill. Cimini: Rodgers was 9-for-17, by my count. Highlight was TD pass to Lazard, who returned from leg injury. Rodgers had a couple of overthrows. Clearly, he’s still working on timing with WRs and RBs. No Wilson and Davis today. #jets
