well that is to counter act the Geno can no wrong people. I want the kid to win because teh Jets win. but face facts. He has two yrs if extremely poor play over all, he has more turn overs then starts, he can not make the correct reads. I have not read anything on the pre-season work outs on purpose. Because I read that crap with sanchez and geno for how many yrs now? My point is simple if you ran sanchez out of town for sucking then Geno is just as bad if not worse. And there is no way anyone deny that. That said I know he can't make the right reads 90 percent of the time. Without reading anything I will go on a limb and say both tds were to his first read on the primary receiver on the play. Geno supporters you want to impress me make the third read for a td sometime, not force the ball into bad position.
don't fall into that hype dude does well in meaningless games. Play well in the regular season and lets talk. if you want to count the last 4 games of last season look at all 1 and put items into context he sucked last yr
On the flipside if you can tolerate the bad play from Mark and blame the OC's or lack of weapons for poor play, then Geno should get the same benefit right? Anyway, I was a Sanchez supporter until after his 4th season. So if I gave Sanchez a chance to improve before, why should I turn around and give up on Geno after 2 years? I didn't see the TD throws so I can't tell you whether or not Marshall was his first read. But it's nice to have a receiver that can win one on one match ups for a change. Having a guy that can turn possible interceptions into receptions is a nice luxury to have. Not all passes are going to be spot on, on the money dimes, no QB's throws those 100% of the time. Geno needs to improve and he needs to do his job, but he needs others to help him too.
