I didnt say anything about them being cant miss prospect, I just think they are the only two guys who are worth trading up for
There were several posts in response laying out players like that and they're definitely all targets. I guess what I'm asking for is what Free Agents you want to target and try to bring in under budget? And once you bring them in how you're going to go about addressing the rest of the draft with that new free agent or two in mind, (i.e. not going to get braylon then go draft michael floyd whether he's sitting there or not). I think this way gives you a chance to play around with it a little more and see what kind of roster could really make sense for us this coming year. Yeah Perry is looking better and better as time wears on and this draft class starts to separate itself. He could definitely be a big impact for us and we might even get a pick in the process trading back which would be unbelievable. I mean yeah this is a compelling point that could put the kaibash on this whole thread if it plays out like that. But the truth is that I wouldn't necessarily be looking to NOT trade back if any of those guys were on the board BESIDES Richardson and maaaaaybbeeeee DeCastro. There are definitely guys that can be there that are hard to pass up. I'm just not thinking that Ingram or T-Rich are really really really really really going to be there when we pick. Like for really.
I think Richardson will be long gone..probably to Cleveland which makes you wonder where Hillis will end up.
I feel like every team after pick 10 or so that doesn't grab Richardson or let someone trade up for him is just spitting in his eye every time they pass. Sure a team or two could pass on him, but how can everyone?
