He doesn't want to change his partying lifestyle to be a pro especially in the midst of the league protocols for a pandemic. Maybe a team with an established culture should take a shot at him when he gets cut but it's not for us with this young team and coaching staff.

I could be wrong but Vrabel seems like the epitome of a players coach. And if he can't get the guy to buy in then it's going to be up to the player himself to fix it rather than a team doing so. They've got a couple guys with questionable character issues (Lewan, Simmons) and they haven't had issues.

I'd do one of those conditional 7th round picks with escalators. If he's a clown, he gets cut and the Jets keep their pick. He is also apparently lazy as hell, has zero heart and is not even sure he wants to play football for a living. The Titans GM basically came out and said that Wilson needs to "take a step back and decide if he even wants to do what is necessary to play in this league, or if he wants to do something else with his life."
