Let Geno do his talking on the field. But no excuses for his shitty play. He's gotten a million chances and doesn't need a million excuses. If he sucks it's his fault not his teammates or the coaches.
You say one thing and then go on for paragraphs basically refuting what you claim. My apologies for misunderstanding what you are actually for. Usually, when a person is FOR someone, they mention positives. They don't spend the majority of verbiage explaining why the person they are "for" sucks, to use your own words.
I will say it Geno stinks. the team he had two yrs ago was better then the team from 3 yrs ago that Sanchez had. Geno at his best is Sanchez 2.0 I have seen that act. I want a qb that makes his team mates better not one that sucks the life out of the team. Look at his reads and he making the wrong reads, he is erratic in his accuracy. This is year three and he is still making the same mistakes he was making in year one. There is no growth on his part as a qb. That is not the players around him that is directly Geno. One example of this stands out,One throw in the first fins game and he has decker open o the sidelines and he throws too a covered receiver....and is intercepted, does that count like a perfect game as well? I'll admit this team has wholes and needs work but qb is one of the massive holes that needs to be fixed because a better qb makes his receivers better and his oline better. That one position has the most direct influence over the entire offense. So rather then saying geno needs a guard to play better how about Geno making some correct choices with the ball and making his gaurds look better? Our running backs are fine but since there is a such an utter disrespect for the Jets QBs they stack the box and in turn make the oline and running backs look bad. Geno is going into year 3 so he's still a work in progress. Mark was horrendous in years 3 and 4. He regressed. Right now the best Qb on the Jets roster is Fitz.

when have you ever accepted any reasonable argument that goes against your hate? Never. To you, a QB is alone, unaffected by the 10 other players around him and solely responsible for the productivity of the offense. Why even have OL, RBs or receivers? Just let the QB complete the entire play by himself. According to your 'logic' how well or poorly they play, their talent levels, their history of injury, it matters not at all.
You can say the same for any underperforming player. That because of his teammates he didn't play well. I'm sure Santonio Holmes thinks that way: if he had a good Qb he would have played better. Esp with Mark regularly sailing balls over his head.
No, you can't say that about ANY player. A punter who shanks several punts when no pressure is being applied fucked up. Simple as that. But if a QB can step into a throw--to Santonio Holmes or whomever--because of a pass rusher coming through the A Gap without any blitzing or other extraordinary circumstances you can rightly say that the pass protection sucked and affected the play. That said, bringing up Santonio Holmes doesn't add any validity to your opinion, just shows you resort to hate as your evidence. Cause, really, that's ALL you have.

I would say trade down. I think the Jets can get a really good player like Gurley, Melvin Gordon, Dorial Green Beckham, Devante Parker, etc around the mid-round. That's where the value is.

So now you've started hating on me? Being against means: not being FOR the player. It means not rooting for that player. It means actively rooting for his demise or failure. Criticism implies some form of critical analysis, you know, where you examine a topic, take into account relevant contributing factors and introduce a viewpoint that incorporates those factors you introduced to help support the viewpoint or theory. "he sucks" is not a critique. It's an attack.
