Take a look at Rex Ryan and the 4+ straight years of drafting defense in the first round.. If you don't think he had a major-say in our past drafts, you are mistaken.
If we could move down into the middle of the first and pick up an additional second and third, I would seriously consider that. It would make up for the fact that hopefully we wont have our fourth rounder. Plus being able to address 5 positions in the first 3 rounds would be huge going forward. I really want to take Gerod Holliman in the late second or early third this year. I think he'd be perfect to play opposite Pryor. If we could get Andrus Peat in the first and Strong/Coates in the second plus an OLB/MLB, that would be a great haul IMO.
