theres a case of vaginitis going around boston, the red sox gaping pussies may have started an epidemic.
Your attempt at sarcasm confused another poster. Holt most likely was not going to make the Pats this year. But the most significant number to him over the next month will be how many receivers the Patriots choose to keep. Holt seems to rank sixth -- at best. "However many we feel is best for the club," Patriots director of player personnel Nick Caserio replied when I asked how many receiver slots were available. "We've kept five. We've kept seven. It all depends."
Are you saying he's not actually injured and the Patriots just didn't want to hurt his feelings but cutting him? I highly doubt they give a shit about his feelings.
No, I'm saying it's better to put him on IR and pay him for one last season then have to cut him (I should have said nicer instead of nice), which they were probably going to do. He definitely hurt his knee. I believe he's going to have minor surgery on it.
Holt wasn't making the team anyway, based on virtually every report I've read out of camp. I think the Patriots have given up on signing older guys and will sink or swim with the younger players on the roster.
Hard to tell? I made an uneducated prediction on here last year that Julian Edelman was gonna have an impact on the Pats, so I'm hoping it will work again.
