Agreed, Fowler signing back with the Rams is a blessing in disguise. The guy has had one "plus" season since he's been in the league, and he's been on some stout defenses. I watched his Rams games last year, and he disappears too much.

The only issue here, he set the price for his position and guys like Flowers are going to demand even more (money or years). Things seem to be moving quickly though, not one of Mac's strong suits.

Kwon Alexander, huh? Where would he fit in this defense if they actually are sticking with a base 3-4? Someone like Barr would make more sense to me.

Why are the Jets looking to sign a player off the Bucs defense at big bucks?

The Bucs defense was gawd awful last season.

    You remain the worst.

Back to relevant people and things, any shot we can get this and the bell thread combined for the start of everything at noon?

The worst part about following Jets Twitter is seeing whiney dudes like Chris Nimbley constantly popping up. Anyone have a good Twitter list they follow that they wouldn't mind sharing?

Now hearing we are in on CJ Mosley. Heard he was Cardinal bound this weekend. Interesting. With our interest in Alexander and Mosley I think it's an indictmint on Lee. Wouldn't surprise me to see us move on from him at this point. I'm ok with that.

He used to share some pretty good info but lately he’s been doing a lot of whining. I still follow him for some solid RTs. I’m a fan of Michael Nania because he does a lot of analysis, some totally useless but at least he’s putting in the work.

Lee has improved, but CJ Mosley is an All Pro type player. I think everyone would be OK with this.

I am starting to get the sneaking suspicion that the Jets are about to get outbid for Le'Veon Bell by the Raiders. Just a hunch. There are some rumors suggesting he could end up with us or Oakland. I feel that it will be Oakland now.

I think you can keep both, it makes perfect sense especially with a mind like Williams running the show. That being said I totally get it if we sign Mosley and move on from Lee.

Thanks, Nania I have picked up lately too, he puts out good stuff. Nimbley and Caporaso have turned into blowhards, and spend too much time pushing their political nonsense on the world. Appreciate the suggestion.

Frankly, I'm alright with that personally. I was a huge fan of Coleman coming out of college, and I still am. If they signed Coleman and drafted a compliment back, I could totally get behind that. I know Coleman has had some durability concerns in the past, but I really like him as a player. They started him a lot last year in Atlanta when Freeman was out, but that team just wasn't what it was a couple of years ago.

The Jets are the more stable situation at the moment. Lotsa uncertainty surrounding Carr & QB position there at the moment.

Plus Oakland is playing another lame duck homeless season in that area.

Darnold is set as the starting QB here and it's NY.

I'm not quite buying that Tannehill rumor yet.

IF it's true then I'd love to get Foles here to backup Darnold.

Tannehill or Foles I'd be happy with either one.

Foles would be way too expensive as a backup.

    $16-18 Million backup? Nah.

Plus why would Foles pick a place to be a backup? He wants to be a starter.

With $100 million in cap space why not splurge a bit for a insanely good insurance policy?
