'Solid' is really the appropriate word but you could easily insert decent or workmanlike but where are our gamebreakers? QB is ofc the big miss but we tend to give him a pass as no-one else in that draft class has really done anything although having Flacco as the veteran is on JD as well as the capital it took to bring him back again. Our franchise LT might not even be playing LT this season and isn't looking a lock for an extension. Having wasted two second rounders on Mims and Moore we look to have actually got a WR in Wilson at the third attempt. On Defense we have ourselves a lockdown CB with our highest pick since Zach in JD's third draft but apart from that there's no stand-out additions to that side of the ball apart from Q who was gifted to JD in Mac's last draft - allowing JD to move on from Lenny in return for Ashytn Davis and Carter II. In terms of the draft the only instance where JD can have any claim to 'being smarter then the other guy' and getting us a draft steal might be in moving up the first round for AVT. In FA the only guy he's picked up that out-performed his contract and/or expectations is Mike White - A situation that really reflects on how bad our QB situation was otherwise.
