his number was 25 in college, he had more impact on his team in college, better times wearing #25. thats how id feel. kinda like that movie the fan, he probably just enjoyed his role in football more while he was wearing that number.

Id don't know, I do like LT as an option out of the backfield but i don't think he'll rush for 700 yds. I simply just don't think there's enough yards to go around. Maybe 700 combined. But if Leon does get signed i'd love to see us get Blount in the draft.
i dont understand why this is so hard to understand. All i said was that Lowery probably could have given 2 shits about the number 21 and is probably happy to have his old number back. Which coincidentally is good for LT becasue he can have the number hes been waering all these years also. Everybody wins, thats it.
That's what I am hoping for and then we get us RB late in the draft to backup Greene and we can use that # 2 on other needs. I am telling you, LT is replacing Leon, not TJ. We are going to get some young stud for that, that's why they did not match the Chiefs
i kinda came to grips with this theory the other day, i think it may be the right move if leon doesnt want to play ball, no pun. its just that potential, id hate to see him go somewhere else and be the guy that we thought he was gonna be.

thanks bojangles harpua and prea it makes more sense realizing its 2 years vs. 1. if i remember correctly when we played them in 08 was shortly after he hurt that toe or it became public knowledge he hurt that toe, i remember them talking about the jump cut and how he was having trouble cutting just in general. hopefully he can be healthy this year and add a ton of talent to the team.
i got attached to a few numbers but changing numbers never felt like it had an affect on my game. i never thought about it while i was actually playing. i don't think anyone is thinking about their number when they play.
