Sanchez will not be on the team next year, and quite honestly Sanchez needs all the reps he can get. In fact, Sanchez should have been tearing their third-string secondary a new ass being our supposed "starter" but instead fumbled the ball and then held on to the ball too damn long. I just have to laugh at all these people who have just absolutely crapped all over Mark Sanchez with no objectivity whatsoever turn into his biggest defenders after our ROOKIE QB had a shaky debut start.

Exactly. Sanchez hasn't done shit to earn being above playing in the 4th quarter of a preseason game. I'm actually shocked at the outrage over this. The Coughlin icing was not retaliation at all to us playing our scrub qb in scrub time. gimme a break.
The better way to evaluate this move it to look at it this way: If Rex kicked a fg to send this game to overtime, the media and talk radio would have KILLED him for it
I agree with a bunch of other guys...I loved watching the OT and getting a good look at Simms. After the Geno/Chez debacle...it was like fresh air. "Smelled like....hope."
