Nice job JWWS. Not surprised. You always take time to think things out rationally.

NFL teams have been doing that since Bronco Nagurski played.

Players/teams that get caught, pay the consequences.

It will always go on in the NFL.

doing everything they can to bend rules to try to gain an edge whether videotaping signals, deflating footballs, opening doors to manipulate wind, stealing signals, using stick um or whatever it is they decide to try.

The thing is when you get outside people to assist in trying to get an edge then it's real cheating vs. just a little cheating. If Brady had just pushed hard on the ball to deflate it a little it would have been minor. If he had used some kind of an instrument to do it more serious. The phone incident with the Cleveland GM was against the rules. I think that rule prevents calling or texting the sidelines with information. In that case it looks like he was texting to micromanage. Farmer got four games.

This is such a stupid issue to argue. You send two schleps in a private room for 90 seconds AFTER the refs check balls to assure the proper pressure. Lower pressure helps both receiver and QB grip the ball....forget about less likely hood to fumble the ball. The SCHLEPS, by order from the master who handles the balls, deflates the balls and is caught. Whether they won 100 to nothing or lost by the same score...its outrageous to even argue. Anyone who has tried to palm a basketball...catch a football one handed...grip a ball to throw deep..will easily tell you its not an advantage..its a huge advantage. If it were not a huge advantage, there would be no rule..but there is a rule...ONE OF THE FEW RULES THAT IS ENFORCED JUST BEFORE GAME-TIME. Thats how huge the NFL thought it to be.

In this day and age its called CHEATING. Whether Geno Smith does it or Tom Brady does it..its cheating. Four games is a slap on the wrist. While some on this site who lack common sense want to point to the fact that the Colts were blown out by the Pats...what if the game ended on one hand catch in the end zone. Would the penalty fit the crime? The outcome of the game is UNIMPORTANT. The fact that someone had the BALLS to send in a few SCHLEPS to do something like this...4 games is nothing.

let's pretend the Jets did this, what would the board be saying? the same excuses we got for Sal Alosi and Braylon Edwards.

I cannot understand how anyone could think NE was winning b/c of a slightly underinflated football.

You my friend...are a fool. Your just a fool...more like a tool. WHO THE HELL is saying that New England won because of this. If I shoot you junc..and you dont die...is that ok? Are you that thick? Do you keep repeating the lies you have tried to post before about New England winning big MAKES IT OK?

Im really trying to figure out something here. Are you just slow? Or are you trolling to get a reaction like this. Is there something in your brain that makes you answer posts that make sense with nonsense like the post above? Seriously...who says New England won because they cheated.

Is that how society is in your warped head? If you do something wrong in life...as long as the advantage was not needed..its ok? Do you realize how insane you sound and why people ignore you all the time?

If the mods cant decipher what he is doing here? This is the definition of a troll. Hope I do not have to break it down why this is worse then a troll who wears a cap that says troll.

so I ask again, imagine the Jets did this. what would people on here be saying? what would the excuses be? why can we not be fair to all, why do we have to lose it b/c it is a hated rival? are they taking trophies away? of course not so who cares? ALL teams try to bend rules, some get caught and get punished.

You are not asking the same question again...you have removed the lie I have caught you with 3 times now..which no MOD will address...that we idiot Jet fans think the reason the PATS beat the COLTS was because they cheated..which no person here has ever said. You were caught 3 times..3 times putting those words in my and other posters mouths to look right..and have been caught...3 times. Junc...this site likes you I guess. They put up with your lies. Hope the site does well with you...a true nut-job... as a spokesmen. How they let you back is beyond my comprehension. So....let them have you. Best of luck.

You're being too logical. But with NEP it's more institutionalized. They're better at everything including cheating. But they aren't good at not getting caught. Which means they're stupid.

if you don't think it affects the outcome of games why do you care? why would anyone care if they didn't think it affected games?

all teams try to do it, BB was part of it w/ NYG w/ the door and wins and the meadowlands. It worked against him w/ SF when Walsh would play tricks w/ the headsets.

Because they cheated and were caught MULTIPLE TIMES and they are still trying to circumvent their punishment. If they had come out and said "ya we did it sorry" and this was their first offense it would be a completely different situation. Instead they acted like pompous assholes while denying it and just ignored the fact this was by no means their first offense. The fact BB wasn't suspended for a year like Sean Peyton was is already a joke enough. If Brady gets his punishment over turned this league will have officially become the WWE. They have run over this league for over a decade and by no means do i think it's only because they cheated, they have had some great and well coached teams. But for them to trumpet the "patriot way" and act like they are a squad of choir boys while getting caught multiple times cheating is fucking ridiculous.
Side note: can one of you Americans start a white house petition demanding Kraft apologize for demanding an apology at the Super Bowl?

if they were better at everything including cheating they wouldn't be caught. that's kinda the no. 1 objective with cheating - "don't get caught." this post is an oxymoron

maybe they are better at everything because they cheat. Idk just a thought

Two lies today...2 lies last week that mods felt the need for you to get away with. Where did I say this.

WTF Roger. He says "A decision will be made very soon", the NFLPA leaks all sorts of stuff about how they will sue, and then silence for two weeks. Looks to me like the NFL is getting its ducks in a row for a legal battle. If he was going to exonerate Brady and drop the suspension, that decision would've been easy to write. Prepare for more whining from Pats Nation!
