Brady refused to cooperate with the investigation, which includes refusing to provide evidence that would support his position he did nothing wrong, and wants to argue he is being unfairly punished when he is penalized -- a direct repercussion of not defending himself.

It takes a special kind of stupid to not see through that smokescreen.

Well the QB would still have to throw them in the general area of the defender something Brady hardly ever does because all he seems to do is throw 5 yard screen passes all day to little shits like Welker and Edelman or throw to Douchekowski who is usually open.

so why don't other QBs do the same thing since it's so easy to win that way?

He PERSONALLY (Not the Pats) deserves to be fined for a lot more money as well.

I never said it was easy to win that way. Not every team is built the same way. Manning couldn't play that way, he's not suited for that style of offense.

Manning is suited for throwing the ball to the other team in January.

New England takes the punishment and now uses as leverage to get fans riled up. They know they can deny all they want now the punishment has been settled.

Appeal must come only by allowing McNally to testify and/or T*m turnover his phone/emails.

It's easy New England 1) stop cheating 2) become complicit with the investigation or take the c) route... accept punishment, deny and claim the League is against you... you are the victim lol

Wells spoke to his work with the league. Most notably on concussion cases. Something that would be to Kraft's advantage, but not Brady. To me it's significant. But like he said in his statement: NEP and Brady did not contest his being named as Lead Investigator on Deflategate. It was only after their findings that they started screaming bloody murder. But I have no doubt it will end up in court. I'd be shocked if Kraft keeps his word and accepts the report like he said last week.

Do NOT f*ck with Ted Wells. That is a horrible, horrible idea.

    Actually, keep going, Mr. Yee.

haha, did you guys watch this?

Woody said it wouldn’t be the first time an athlete was caught cheating and he believed Brady was the mastermind behind Deflategate:

“From the texts of Jim McNally, him labeling himself ‘the Deflator’ tells me that this wasn’t the only time. When you’ve given yourself a label, to me that insinuates that this action has happened multiple times. I’m looking at it as this has happened multiple times, not only this particular situation, but it’s happened in the past before.”

On the contrary, Bruschi could not and would not believe the Wells report:

“Tom Brady would not tell anyone to do anything illegal.”
