That person's opinion is no more valid than mine; possibly less because one thing that jumped off the page in a quick scan is she puts great importance in what Brady and the Ballboys said "under oath" to the NFL representatives. As if any of these guys wouldn't fib a little to keep Tawmy's bacon out of the fire if there was a pair of slightly used sneakers in the deal. Her self created bio at her husband's law firm is a joke and illustrates perfectly why she is writing a blog rather than actively practicing law.
The commenter Stax in the article really takes it to Steph. It's the whole crux of the issue. The nflpa contracted to the CBA and they are feeling aggrieved. Then don't sign off on such things. Brady needs to sit Maybe Jimmy G will do better
I watched him last nite. He's not Tom Brady--who is? But I think he's going to be a very nice replacement eventually when Brady is gone. Looks very smart and accurate and his arm is better than I thought it was. Your team should just stop fucking cheating. That is all. _
That's the most hypocritical thing about the NFLPA's position. They took more money and benefits and one of the things they gave up was discipline in the hands of Goodell. Now they figure they can just litigate that part and get it back. If you didn't want Goodell to have all that power, then take less money and benefits and fight for a more even-handed punishment system. They want it both ways. _
Well... as a Pats fan this sounds great, but you can't judge too much by the first 2 preseason games. He has looked good so far, but he hasn't gone up against a team with an actual game plan with exotic blitzes and coverages. However, I am encouraged.
I hate him already. He looks like Superman. If the Pats found another great QB with movie star looks, I might just go on a killing spree.
