I saw a few clips of Brady's interview at Salem State with Jim Gray. He seemed pretty cool about it and didn't say anything stupid (like his agent did). Give him credit. He's learned a lot from the Patriots. He can lie with a straight face.

How can anyone doubt that Brady knowingly participated in this? The texts are so damning, as are the phone calls, as is his lobbying for the ability to modify balls pre-game, as are his statements that he likes soft balls? The Deflator for chrissakes!

Nobody is handing Sammy Sosa a corked bat without him knowing it. No bat boy will take it upon himself to do that.

No OR nurse is going to choose which scalpels a surgeon should be using during a surgery--that's done at the direction of the surgeon.

No ball boy or equipment attendant is taking it upon himself to alter a football in such a way that they THINK the QB ought to like it--they would NEVER do that.

It was at his express direction.

To me maybe the most definitive is his complicit refusal to allow the NFL to do an full investigation. Could you imagine if alleged rapists and murderers were allow to hamper investigations?

Patriots are the greatest disgrace in professional Sports.

Have more respect for the 1919 Black Sox.

I liked Bruschi as an analyst. I always thought he was fair, he's entitled to believe what he wants but this is always why I feel that ex players should not be in the booth. They won't tell you the truth if their friends are involved.

To be fair, murderers and rapist do not have to cooperate with investigators. Refusing to answer cops or investigators is not technically "hampering" the investigation, they just don't have to help.

NFL players are mandated to cooperate with investigators. Not cooperating IS hampering the investigation.

He should fry for that alone.

Cheating and Arrogance are the hallmarks of the organization..
Brady has obviously bought in. He felt entitled and bullet proof, just like the coach and owner.

Well this allegation cannot be smugly laughed off, as Brady initially tried to do.

They were saying how he was getting emotional talking about the report.

Does the guy ever not cry when trying to defend the Patriots way?

Dude is a joke and has not valid opinion on the matter because he is straight up a propagandist of the pats

I seem to remember Aaron Rodgers saying the exact same thing about Ryan Braun.

You hit the nail on the head. Bruschi is actually pretty good for 31 one teams. The second the Pats are in anyway involved he starts spewing Patriot Way cheese to sickening levels.

Exactly. And Rogers was so brazen in his defense that when a Twitter follower called him delusional, he bet a years salary that Braun was clean.

Rogers lost that bet but never paid up.

Nice that he can do that after several months of rationalizations...his weak-kneed presser a few days after this story broke where he hesitated when someone asked him if he was a cheater tells a different story.

Per "CSN New England's Mike Giardi reports the Patriots are "bracing for the worst" regarding DeflateGate discipline for Tom Brady and are "fearful" of a 6-8 game suspension.

To this point, only a 1-2 game ban has been feared amongst a majority of NFL observers. A 6-8 suspension would be wildly and unreasonably harsh from a league that stripped Ray Rice of just two games after he rendered his fiancee unconscious with a punch to the face in an elevator
[that was the initial punishment and Rice has 0 yards for 0 teams since the incident]. Brady wanted footballs deflated to get a better grip [CHEATING TO GAIN ADVANTAGE]. The possibility of a lengthy suspension makes Brady -- and Rob Gronkowski, Brandon LaFell, and Julian Edelman -- high-risk propositions in fantasy leagues that draft early. 2014 second-round pick Jimmy Garoppolo is next up on New England's quarterback depth chart.

    In addition
Tom Brady could be on the sideline to start the 2015 season, [BOO F***ING HOO] according to the latest report.

Gary Myers of the New York Daily News reported Friday that the New England Patriots quarterback will indeed be suspended by Roger Goodell for his role in the DeflateGate scandal. Goodell’s decision is expected to come sometime next week.

“In conversations I’ve had with several key sources who always have a good sense of what goes on at 345 Park Avenue, there is little doubt Goodell considers Brady’s role in Deflategate a serious violation,” Myers writes.

According to Myers, the Wells report that was released Wednesday provided the commissioner with enough reason to lay the hammer down on Brady. Myers wrote “the feeling” is that Brady’s refusal to give up any emails or text messages related to the investigation and the finding “it was more probable than not” he was aware of any wrongdoing, led the commissioner to hit the star with a suspension.

“The NFL is convinced, according to sources, that connecting all the dots of the evidence supplied by Wells leads to one conclusion: Brady cheated,” Myers added. It’s unknown how many games Brady will be suspended for. There have been rumors of a year-long suspension, while a CSNNE.com report, citing sources, said the Patriots are “fearful” of a six-to-eight game suspension.

Deflate gate is overblown and without any proof of anything but bitter fans of other teams and a politician for a commish. Lots of promise with Jimmy Garoppolo, this is the perfect time for him to get a taste of some reps. :)
