Maybe Pennel was late for the meeting when they discussed bonehead, game killing penalties. Hey, sometimes your alarm doesn't go off or you get caught in traffic - no big deal.

While I still hold Bowles accountable, to be fair, there's a lot of younger guys on the team this year compared to last so that would account for some of the increase (not that they should be excused, but younger players make more mistakes than vets usually).

 

Bowles has coached 28 games mostly very poorly
