It's never going to stop, and threads calling for it to stop only feed into it. If it bothers you that much just ignore it, or just laugh at it. It takes more then a troll to hijack a thread.
It doesn't even compare to the amount of our threads that are hijacked or the comments that seem to make their way into every topic on the yankees. Not even close.

I have my "shit straight." You've been trolling the Mets fans since you returned. We are all well aware of the GYC BS thread. We are also well aware of the people who have trolled from "other teams." I barely have to ask my kids the old "if everyone else was jumping off a bridge, would you follow?" Just because there are a couple people who can't help themselves doesn't entitle you to do the same. Just as there are Yankees fans who just want to talk baseball without crap posts, there are Mets and Sox fans who want to do the same. The GYC thread is probably the LEAST obnoxious of all the threads. Why? Simple. It's MEANT to be what it is. If you want to sling mud in that box, go right ahead. For those of us who don't want to bother, we can simply AVOID it. The issue that most people (on both sides of the fence) are finding with the situation is that the crapfest is spilling over into things like game threads. If you can't see the difference, then it's your problem. BTW: I'm not blind. I can see writing when it's normal size. Your "screaming" to try to make your point looks a lot like a 5 year old stomping his feet when he can't have his way.

I never thought it was such a great idea in theory, either (as I said at the time), but the only surprise to me is that it took a month into the season before all of this crap appeared. Presumably this is because of the upcoming series this weekend, but unless both teams win the World Series (a pretty good trick), it's pretty obvious it's only going to get worse.
You want to see worse? Let the Sox and Braves win the divisions, then the Mets and Yankees end with the same record, and miss the playoffs altogether. hmy:

man, im being me, and i tell it how it is... if they decide to ban me then cool it was the decision.... everybody has diffrent friends and people they associate with, im me... and some people accept it others cant i know some in GG understand how i rock. i never hung out with alot of white kids when i was young so i just figured that they would understand better because of one's intelligence, and the manner they were brought up, meaning in a good neighborhood, on my type of person which is straight forward, no hairs on my tongue. oh and another thing if i dont spell, use proper quotations, use proper placement... its whatever yo, im high as hell and dont got time to be checking my grammer.... im enjoying my high, and watching baseball all while taking care of my 2 and a half year old, who is sleeping right now, and i always wait till he sleeps before i smoke out in the front outside.
