The Jets should absolutely bring Revis back if he hits free agency. He is still one of if not the best CB in the game.

No to Revis, he should take the low ball offer from the cheaters.

I'm not really crazy about bringing him back at his desired ransom, but the FA DB market is quickly turning to dogshit.

I was hoping for McCourty and either Maxwell or Jackson - so much for that.

We're running out of options in a hurry, and at this rate we might pay Revis every penny he wants just because there's no one left to blow our mandatory wad on.

Bring back Revis and Cromartie, draft a QB and become respectable again. Whatever it costs, it costs..all the other good CBs are already gone.

Well it looks like three quarters of us are willing to bring Revis back and almost half willing to pay 15 or more. I would have liked to see this poll before Maxwell and Jackson signed.

I still don't get the Revis hatred to the level of not wanting to improve the team. Its comical to me. With all options dwindling quickly, those same people bitching about bringing him back will be screaming holy hell when Dee Milliner and Dexter McD are lined up on opening day at corner.....and be flaming Mac and Bowles for not addressing the secondary. People keep failing to realize that free agency is a two way street. The player has choices too. Unlike Idzik, we need to talk to as many options as possible for this reason, including Revis or whatever player.

I would sign him to up to $15 million per year on a multi year deal. I can see Revis like a Rod Woodson/Charles Woodson type player that if he started to lose a step, could make the switch the safety. I think he has lots left in the tank.

I hate to say it but it's probably going to take something in the 5 year 80 mill with 40 mill gauranteed to pry him away from a chance at another SB. If the Pats can even come close to that then whoever is working the cap over there should get the next MAP trophy.

10000% agree. We still have 45+ million in space once we release Harvin. What else does everyone want to spend this money on? Stop saying Mo. Mo isn't going to get a $30 million/year deal. We HAVE to spend the money. Why not on the best corner in the game, Cro, Spiller, and FA QB and locking up Mo?

I did not want Revis back, but now with all the top CB's coming off the market, it really would be a huge loss for the Patriots and huge gain for the Jets if it happened. Not sure if I want it or not still, but it is more appealing than before. Still, he just won a Super Bowl with the Patriots. Hard to just welcome him back and pay him a fortune. I think he remains in NE.

Also, mainly because I can use his stupid jersey I wasted money on again haha

I'd rather bring in Cro, Culliver, and a free safety for around the same as what Revis would get alone.

Yeah, me too. Not to mention I can reattach his Fathead head he has been kicking around the baseboard the last couple years.

Cro 8, Culliver 9, FS 5...little more than Revis money. DBs have been getting paid this off season

It'll be close, he went to the pro bowl last year. The way corners are getting paid 7 or 8 is in no way out of the question.

The first option is no option. He isn't signing anywhere for 12mil.

The Jets are the perfect foil for Revis. He either gets them to push up the Pats bid or they ive him crazy money. Either way he wins.

"To revis or not to revis, that is the question:
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles
And by opposing to end them."

I'd rather the Jets suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous misfortune than deal with Revis and his scumbag agents. IMO "'tis nobler" to sign Culliver, Cro, Williams and/or Skrine than to sign Revis."

Why would he want to keep playing for so long, when he could wind up limping the rest of his life. He's made a bloody fortune. Why not sign one more one or two-year deal and walk away with his health?

When is the deadline for the Pats to pick up the option?
