    Funny thing is that is the exact same parameters Mehta posted yesterday that it would take to sign him..too much of a coincidence?

    No, that's why it was out there yesterday. Around the same time word came out that NEP would likely not exercise his option by 4pm today. All negotiation tactics.

    I agree, it only matters when you don't have the money to spend and we do..just picked up another 10.5M by cutting Harvin so at this point this is chump change.

    La Canfora says Revis has an offer on table for 3yr/48M (40M guaranteed), he believes it's from the Jets.

    Exactly....that reported contract on the table is right about what we should expect for a player of Revis' caliber. Anything under 20 mil. should not shock anyone.

    If it is from the Jets I hope we put a time limit on how long he has to take it or leave it. He has screwed us around plenty in the past and if we let him do it again we have nobody to blame but ourselves. Personally I would give him until 10PM tonight, it isn't like they weren't expecting to be here today.
