    It would actually be pretty cool if the Jets were complicit in helping Bell promote his album meanwhile waiting to announce they sign him until the album drops.

    A sign of hip ownership (CJ) and the olive branch that “the man” isn’t always out to get him.

    Also FWIW - if the reports are true (and I don’t believe shit until it happens now) and the Jets have the highest offer, the agent isn’t going to let Bell take an inferior offer.

    I wanted Bell up until about 6 hours ago, and now I am realizing we are dodging a huge bullet. Has anyone listened to his "music." Holy shit, I just can't root for this guy, he is pure trash. I am seriously losing interest in the NFL, whatever happened to players like Curtis Martin, Wayne Chrebet, Barry Sanders? I'm sure they are still out there but it seems more dominated by the likes of Odell, AB, and Bell. Pure trash. I think I will stick with the NHL from now on. The only sport that still has some integrity left. Glad we are not getting Bell, sign someone who is a decent human being with some character.

    If the Jets are his choice, you have to think Mac knows it and is keeping it quiet so Bell can have his moment.
