It's always the garbage teams like the Jets and the Raiders having to make a "splash" in free agency. I really want the Jets to be the ones developing the players other teams chase in FA. Not saving up for other teams rejects and head cases. It's very rare if ever the Patriots are the ones making the big name signings.
