I was at the Lions game too. My first since I quit(surprise ticket purchased for me which I appreciated but didn`t somehow). I vowed to myself I would NEVER step foot inside that stadium again unless one of my kids had a college graduation or Iron Maiden played there. Well, a good friend of mine surprised me with a ticket, so I went for one last time. Was only going to tailgate but had to go for shits & giggles, which were plenty, I went for my buddies sake. The new Jets fans totally suck imo. Hey, lets pick out some random douchebag and put his fugly face on the screen to be the next Fireman Ed. What a pathetic JOKE this franchise turned out to be. And they were pretty friggin pathetic before Woody took over. Now they are just an expensive pathetic friggin joke of a franchise that should simply move to LA or fold camp.

 

We have been watching the same game every week since 2011-2012,its pathetic

 

A Jet great telling it like it is. Hess didn't get it and Johnson doesn't get it.

 

I would count that as a victory.

Sadly my tickets are paid for in advance so I'm the only one who gets hurt by holding out.

It would undermine him to dodge the question. One day I'll sit down and write why it has to be that way.

 

Btw I walked by the Jet Store off Madison the other day. No one in it, and I guess the guy manning the counter was standing in front of it. And this was at lunchtime.

 

I know a lot of people here think I'm some kind of blind supporter, but that isn't the case. I totally respect anyone's decision to boycott games based on being unsatisfied with the product. I will watch the games and cheer the Jets, but I have no intention of dropping money on jerseys, products, or tickets until things change. I have my opinions on personnel and scheme and whatnot, but I advocate anyone if not everyone to keep their money.

 

Bingo right there!!! My chain, link by link, is so short with this team right now....I guess I'll stop right there before I say something I'll regret. Never have I seen such ineptness with this team...it may be good enough for some teams but not for the one I root for...
