The Broncos have had a lack of talent for a while which allows you to draft higher in the draft (pretty fucking obvious). John Fox had significantly less talent on the Panthers the year he got fired than he does on the broncos. Sent from my VS840 4G using Tapatalk 2 Beta-5
My friend, you your link shows the stats for 2 games. Tebow led the Broncos to the #1 rushing offense for the entire season.
Look at the Broncos website its as clear as first grade math. Besides the loss to the packers which was a blowout. Those first losses were lost by 3 or less points. Sent from my VS840 4G using Tapatalk 2 Beta-5
I haven't seen people wanting him to fail, just people thinking he stinks now. There is a difference. There was a bills fan wanting him to fail but opposing fans make sense since he's a jet.
Lets make this clear. The AFC west is absolute garbage. Tebow never had to face the best qb twice a year. That's a cold hard fact. I can't wait until the Broncos win 11 games this year. Sent from my VS840 4G using Tapatalk 2 Beta-5
So what the fuck is your point? He showed in you plain English that the Denver Broncos where the worst team in the entire NFL up until the point that Tebow got his shot. After that they became the #1 rush offense in the NFL, won their division, and knocked the Steelers out of the playoffs. If you can't figure out what a similiar performance with a better defense such as the NY Jets have might be able to achieve, sit back, grab your popcorn, and be amazed like all the rest of the haters.
couple notes- Royal is no longer with Denver. Decker is great in the slot? I would not agree with that. I didn't see him play in a slot a lot last season. He would be best utilized as a flanker. Bubba Caldwell is expected to be the slot receiver in Denver this season.
Manning has full OTA, training camp, and pre-season as the starter. He also has what I believe is an offense tailored to his skills. Tebow was thrown in with a ridiculous offense and still won. Before someone brings it up again, let me preempt it... the option offense they ran with him in Denver is nothing like the spread option Urban Meyer ran at UF.
What does that have to do with how talented the receivers are? Nothing. Tebow was thrown into an offense he was actually capable of running. The Broncos coaching staff should be commended for the work they did to make Tebow at QB work. Instead tebois tell everyone how it held him down. Another joke from the tebois.
wut? I'm talking about comparing apples to apples. Peyton Manning is not walking into the same situation that Tebow was thrown into. I never talked about the talent of the receivers. I'm talking about preparation, which is apparently very important... since every team does it for months before the season starts.
I'm not rooting against him. He's a Jet and I root for the laundry. Sanchez's NFL resume is way more impressive. You don't see us jets fans making a million threads about how great he is. We don't get our panties in a bunch when someone says he's overrated either. If Tebow told his fans to jump they'd ask how far Sent from my VS840 4G using Tapatalk 2 Beta-5
I completely agree. The coaching staff turned that o line into a great run blocking line. The offense catered to tebows strengths. They were able to do this on the fly during the season. And people are shitting on John Fox saying he's garbage. Sent from my VS840 4G using Tapatalk 2 Beta-5
Reading comprehension is actually one of my core competencies. I suggest you reread the posts so you can grasp what the conversation is about.
HAHAHA. Could you have more stupid ass "records" as you like to call them listed. Tebow threw for more yards on one play on tuesday in Novemeber at exactly 9:07 PM Eastern Standard Time, wearing the number 15 and throwing left handed than any other left handed throwing QB wearing 15 ever. You listed him running more than he passed as some fucking accomplishment? By that standard every QB that ever played the game has some sort of "record" How did that "record" setting performance against Pittsburg help him the following week? Oh yes, I think he was pretty bad? You can't win an argument with bullshit and thats all these "records" are. All these add up to a guy that is 2 games over .500 in his career with a sub par QB rating.
You must not have attended the first grade then. The Chargers won by FIVE, Denver lost by FIVE not three. so not including the packers, only TWO of the first 4 loses where by 3.
Any jakazzz that thinks Tebow can't throw should take a look at the SEC record books. They will see that Tim holds just about every significant record including completion percentage! You know the SEC, the best conference in the land where it just so happens that Timmy threw the ball more accurately than current quarterbacks; ie: Peyton Manning, Eli Manning, Scam Newton(who sat behind Tim at UF), and Matthew Stafford. Tim completed 32-35 passes in the Sugar Bowl and a accounted for around 700 yards. The reason he looked like krappp in the first three quarters of games was because of McCoy/Fox garbage play-calling until they let Tim be Tim in the 4th and he took over games. Plus he had no one to throw to because Horseteeth traded Brandon Lloyd in the hopes that Tim would fail. The rest is history. Sanchez will fold like a broken lawn chair and Tebow will lead the sorry azzzzz Jets to the Super Bowl. Mark it!
