The Ticket Office Shill once again slithers back off to his dead-end day job, working the phones and looking for yet another unsuspecting, trusting "customer."

You really need to get a grip on why you take our criticism of the relocation process so personally, sg3. Your obsession with returning time after time (after swearing you're leaving for good) is a damned good indication that you're unable to control YOUR emotions and anger over this issue.

Last time I checked, we're entitled to bitch about the process, the new stadium, or any other damned thing we care to bitch about without being ridculed, personally attacked, impugned, denigrated and castigated over our opinions.

You don't like it when we criticize the Front Office over such matters. We get that. You've expressed that opinion in each and every post.

Now why not go back into work at the NY Jets Ticket Office this morning and tell them that despite your best efforts and personal attacks on the GG Message Board, you're unable to shut people up. Tell your boss you're unable to stifle criticism of their cockamamie, unscrupulous relocation policies and the new stadium in general.

I mean, come on. It's a message board. You seem to be the angry one who can't stay away and obviously the most upset over the fact that you can't convince us that your Ticket Office isn't guilty of fucking over thousands of loyal, long-time, veteran fans.

We get it. Now fucking buzz off.

Lets not forget that those seats were not 2,500 at the start. It was only after they had gone through the whole STH list and waiting list and still had an empty endzone that they reduced them. Long after the long time ST holders had selected their seats.

Also, you keep talking about the thousands of seats that opened up as a result of changing them from handicap seats. I know they did this, but honestly, how many handicapped seats did they convert to regular seating? Did they really create a stadium with 20,000 handicap seats and then converted 10,000 of them to regular seats? Is that how you're explaining the wave of open seats? In all the sporting venues you've been to how many handicap seats do you typically see?

    Now...go crawl back up into sar's a$$

Excellent point. That effected me - once the PSL's were priced a little more realistically they couldn't offer me consecutive seats together to consider it. I might have bought 4 or 6 PSL's in the lower EZ, to be back where I sat in the old stadium.

These are very good points. Sg3 doesn't address the timing nor does he address the disorderly, helter-skelter mess that followd the initial phone call.

Champ is the only guy we've been able to identify who was given UD Prime seating from the git-go. His early Seniority earned him a call during the first week and he was given his choice of good Prime seats. So there was clearly a well-intended, honest start to the Seniority Relocation process. But I believe, and from what we can tell, that lasted about one week, tops.

After that, sg3 and the other flunkies in the Ticket Office realized they were doing nothing but converting older Seniority people to nice UD Prime locations and no PSLs were being sold. What to do? Discontinue giving out the good seats but continue with the phone calls as if nothing had changed policy-wise. Offer people Row 16 and beyond in the UD and tell them those were the best available. This explains why people like 314 and 17a, who had EXCELLENT Seniority and who were not that much behind Champ were offered far crappier seats than Champ got. In essensce, Champ lucked out into a window of opportunity which closed within days after he got his call.

This is when the honesty stopped and the scammery and deceit began. Still calling people with excellent Seniority in an orderly fashion so as not to arouse suspicion, STHers were being offered Row 12 and up. Blocks of good seats were held back.

This continued throughout the summer with the "Meet Your Seat" nonsense, another scam to get people to come to the stadium, make them walk up 500' of steep embankments (the escalators, all of them, were all simultaneously "out of order") to see their seats. "Of course, there are better seats below and you certainly look a little disappointed with Row 16. Why not come downstairs with me and I'll take you into a closing booth where I can hard sell you a PSL?"

Long after I had accepted my Row 16 seats, I was able to call and buy 4 additional seats and, lo and behold, now I could buy Row 9s on the aisle. But there could be no trading, just buying additional, better seats. I did this in an effort to create my own upgrade and sold my Row 16s that season.

I got my Prime seats only after calling this winter and telling them I was done with all 8 seats unless they gave me 4 in a low row. It was only after I pressured them that they finally coughed up the 4 seats I should have gotten from the git-go.

Actually Woody assigned ratings in which the STHers @ the old Meadowland Stadium would get there shot at tix in the new M/land stadium

1st up were LL STHers whose seniority dated back till the late 60s or early 70s

Next came the Mezz guys with the same seniority rules

Finally the UDers like me who were actually screwed since my seats at the NMS should have been more towards the middle except for Woody's rule if U may say that LL STHers were more important then UD STHers

Remember also that the NYJs claimed that all of us former AFLers were screwed again because they "had lost the records that went back to the onset of the NYJs so they lumped us in with the later NYJ STHers so those few of us that had UD STHers from Shea were screwed twice by the Wood

Great points guys-----I think it is important that you / we keep posting this stuff it will help all the newbies and anyone that is unfamiliar to the site or to to 17A 's thread that was beyond helpful to many of us. I mean a newbie might visit the site for the first time and not realize that SG3 has been posting garbage on here for quite a while now and might actually believe the fairy tales that he puts on here are gospel:rofl:
