    Adam Vinateri was drafted in day 1? I never knew that.

    If you still don't get it: you don't have to spend day 1 pick to find that special kicker. That's why teams don't spend high picks on kickers - because they don't NEED TO.

    Actually, he can.

    If the kicker can nail 80 yard FG on a regular basis (going 49/50 or something), that means his kickoff will be always out of the endzone, meaning automatic 20 yard. If the kicker can pull THAT off, I'll think about 2nd round pick.
