We all know the 3rd round bites... But maybe they had eyes on players in the later rounds that weren't worth a 3rd round pick..? And just went blah with it. We will find out.. I love the first 3 picks.
LOL, I actually like the pick but was disgusted on how we handled it. Traded DOWN, then said: HOLY SHIT ! We traded to far! Minnesota is going to take Him!!! Then proceeded to trade back up. I give that to the fact they are news at this. So Much For el Duo TannGini :lol:
The problem with all this is we don't know SQUAT! I tend to think the FO knows more about the players, rankings and whats going on within the draft then we do. Its crazy how some fans think they know whats going on, as if they have superior inside info.... Its one thing to question why they did what they did, but don't damn them until we find out how these players pan out. I like what we have accomplished for the most part. We addressed a lot of needs with solid players, and I have faith that this new regime is trying to get the players that will best fit our new system..Give them a chance before we start the lynchings.
They handled it so sloppily that they got the guy they wanted, and netted an extra second round pick in 2007. Morons.
