So is Mark Sanchez. And Tom Brady.

Ask Carson Palmer...How has he been since Kimo rolled up on him ?

Why would they have had someone else fill in for Faulk before he got hurt? Faulk got hurt at the perfect time for Woodhead because the Pats had just picked him up.

Like I didn't address your brilliant rebuttal in my post.

Maybe you can see it now.

Wasn't Jerry Rice from DII as well?

Leon Washington had plenty of success here. Then his leg was broken in half.

You guys keep believing he's some superstar because the Jets cut him. I'll recognize him for what he is.

Jerry Rice is also a 1st round draft choice.....he had the talent to excel in more than one offensive system.

How could every team in the league have passed on the all time leading rusher in the NCAA 7 times each!?

Not really the point, is it ?

There have been tens, if not hundreds of thousands of ball carriers in college football.

Only one can be the best. And we aren't talking about a guy built like Brandon Jacobs.

    We're talking about this...

And lets face it...the man is proving week in and week out that he can play.

What about Terrell Davis? 5th rounder?

    Tony Romo? Undrafted?

IDK, I think scouting is iffy at times in the NFL.

    Hey, you're clever....

Every team in the league passed on the best quarterback of this generation 6 times each....

Comparing Danny Woodhead to Curtis Martin is maybe the dumbest thing I've read on this message board.....wow!

Are we still trying to argue about Woodhead being able to play? We all know he can play, he is a good role player, nothing more.

So in the last hour I have seen Woodhead compared to Curtis Martin and Tom Brady yet those of us that see him as a role player are the crazy one's.

As someone just said, the idea is to get (or keep) good players and use them how/when they are needed. Woodhead is a good football player, we made a mistake, New England took advantage of that. Belichick probably was watching Hard Knocks, I'd just about guarantee it.

Speaking of keeping good football players...

He broke a punt return down to the 1 the other day. We could use a punt returner right about now, and another RB even though you still think we have no spot for one.
