The time out game= the fake spike game

    Looks like these two games will lead to the same result...we are getting worse each week. Motivation and confidence are slowly slipping away. Rex will be fired and we will start from scratch once again. Same old jets. There is always next season!

    Dan Marino walked in to where I work, I told him my late father could never forget the fake spike game. He told me to tell my dad to "get over it". Unfortunately, Jet fans can never get over anything. Including myself

    I made a similar comparison right after that game.... I thought it was just anger venting :confused:

    Every bad/underachieving season we have, we seem to have a crushing loss in which we inexplicably snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Just looking at recent history: In 2011, it was the Tebow game in Denver. In 2012, it was the Stephen Hill drop game in New England. So far this year, it seems like the Timeout game in Green Bay will serve as one of those games defining our ineptitude for the season as a whole. Life as a Jets fan . . .
