    I hope we hire no one with a proven track record because then he'd have crazy expectations

    This team needs to guy everyone except Rex and his defensive staff

    The scouts should all be fired and Tanny along with

    Hire someone who comes to Woody with a solid 3 year rebuild plan and move forward like that

    This isn't a 1 or 2 year fix were 3 good drafts away from where we need to be

    We need a young energetic educated GM who wont back down to Rex or anyone else in the organization.

    What about John Gruden or Bill Cowher football minded individuals with proven winning track records.

    As long as we stay a 3-4 D hell keep our defensive staff and maintain Rex system but please get us in here a leader of men

    A 4-3 may actually be a better fit with the players we have on the roster.

    I don't see how he is a cap expert as we are always f///cked with the cap?

    If he was smart, there would never be cap issues....

    Like the fireman who is a great firefighter, but is the same idiot that started the fires...
