That int. is one of the best throws in the game. Low Risk & Very-High reward. That Browns DB was foolish to catch the ball (especially on that down).

Like the announcers said, it would've been tough for the Jets to pin them that deep on punt. The Browns nearly gave up a safety before they got the chance to punt.

Schotty told him to take the shot downfield and don't worry if it gets picked cause anyt result is in the jets favor

    1) BE makes the cathc, Jets win
    2) Defense gets a PI penalty, Jets Win
    3) Ball gets picked, Cle has ball inside their own 5 better then a punt, not good for cle
    4) Ball gets knocked down and we punt

Schotty knew the situation and made a great call

Definitely not intended as an INT, but if it happened Sanchez knew it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. Jets almost did get the safety to win the game

Sanchez said after the game that they called that play because of the "low risk high reward." Coulda been caught, penalty, or int all good for us, worst thing coulda happened was incomplete pass, so in that sense it was designed.
