Fitzpatrick looks great and Fred Jackson, especially, looks beast. Good start for the Bills, they are no longer an automatic W. Still, though, this is the NFL and I still think they're looking at 7-9/8-8.
Just watch the Raiders beat the Jets... oh wait. Be thankful for Tony Romo giving you a W or you'd be 2 games back. But obviously since Sanchez was picked in the 1st and Fitz was picked in the 7th, Sanchez is the better player. Because higher draft picks is how teams win football games. Keep thinking that logic.
It wouldn't surprise me, not because the Bills are a bad team, but because this is a classic trap game. How a young team reacts to such a huge win shows what kind of true character they have. Hopefully Chan keeps them in check this week.
How you guys can keep laughing is beyond me. Sure the Bills went 4-0 and 5-1 in 2008, but this isn't a Trent Edwards led, Dick Jauron coached team. Fitz has shown to have a lot more than Trent, and Chan is a far better coach than DJ.
That's alright. Let them keep laughing as we take the AFC East crown, march through the playoffs and straight back to the superbowl :grin:
I'm impressed with the bills so far but this a long season. Being really good in September can be a distant memory come November. I wont be writing off the bills but I also think people saying they will definitely knock of the pats or jets this season are getting ahead of themselves.
I think the Bills look good so far. But just like any team, injuries can change things. If they can keep it going, they are playoff contenders (never thought I'd say that). All I do know is that the Dolphins aren't playoff contenders. The AFC East is going to be a battle.
Isn't it week 3 for everyone? Why are there discussions as to who is the best in the AFC on the main Jets forum if it's only week 3? In fact, you guys were talking about best in the AFC after week 2. I know it's early, way too early to crown anyone yet, I'm just trying to figure out why many here talk about the SB and who plays in it, but when the Bills start 3-0 and their fans start thinking playoffs are a possibility, somehow, we're out of line? Keep laughing. This group of rag tag players feed off the underdog status.
