I can't put the blame of Fitzpatrick for that, not entirely anyway. Our lack of WR talent after Stevie Johnson has been my concern for awhile and it showed itself to be a huge problem in this game. There simply was nowhere to go with the ball, Phil Simms even commented that Fitz didnt miss any open guys. Gailey didnt get creative enough with the playcalling either, truly pathetic. Another big test next week in Dallas.
Yeah, for one game. Lets not pretend this makes you guys instant contenders or ruins our season either. We'll see which team can finish 5-3 to get into the playoffs.
Yuor team does not match up well with what we do, but its a team on the rise. Your young Oline is looking better than in years past and Darius is all that I expected from him coming out of school. You do lack talent outside on offense and your defense is full of soft speedy playmakers for the most part. Good against a lot of teams, not against a power running squad though. It will be interestign to watch them progress over the last half of the season. They have a lot of very winable games they can not aford to lose if they want a shot at the playoffs. Good teams bury the ones the should win and thats the next step for your Bills. Shake off a tough loss and kepp the pedal down.
5-3??? who the hell you kidding? Try 7-1 or 6-2 at the very least. You really think 10-6 is going to win this division? I doubt 10-6 is going to make the wildcard either.. the AFC North teams have cake schedules the rest of the way. Alot depends on sunday with Jets/Pats but I see our division winner finishing 12-4. 2nd place 11-5 wild card. (Jets/Pats) AFC north gets 2 teams.. one finishing 12-4 the other 11-5 (Bal/Pit/Cin maybe) Houston from the south 12-4/11-5 Who cares from the west (10-6/9-7) That leaves 10-6 on the outside looking in... or even an 11-5 team CIN? although I see them being 10-6 or worse. Bills finish 9-7 / 8-8...
I agree with everything you said except for the Bengals putting up a respectable record. They play the Steelers, Ravens, Browns, Steelers, Texans, Rams, Cardnals, and Ravens to finish the season. Could honestly see them go 2-6 to finish the season. We'll see if they are for real over the next 2 weeks though. Pats will still be the division winners until proven otherwise. So that leaves the last wildcard spot to either the Bills or the Jets. Lets see what happens November 27th.
do you know what the word 'contender' means? we were contenders before we even railed you guys. looking forward to playing at metlife? chalk up another loss.
Here is what i EXPECT in the Miami game. Atleast 2TD'S, but more imortantly no stupid erratic throws that cost us good field position. A game where Fitz should play well, and damnit he better.
